First of all- you must know that I almost blew up Elvis due to all of the tv he had to record.
(Elvis is our TiVo. We had to name him.)
H has made fun of me all weekend for watching a play-by-play wedding.
I reminded him this is a gurl's version of The Masters.
Because I didn't wake up at 4am to watch the wedding, I had to be creative in how I caught my info before I watched it this weekend. So, I hopped in my car and headed to work and found this:
Will and Kate had their own channel. On XM. And I listened. And loved.
Here is a snapshot of the notes that I took while watching:
1. The crowd. The crowd was enormous. But, when I saw this lady, I chuckled.
I bet she would be fun to hang out with. Just look at her cape. And hat. And ring. And her champagne to celebrate the festive occasion. Get it gurl. Get it.
2. The hats.
Oh-My-Lands. The hats were esentric.
Case in point....Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice
What in the HECK is she wearing on her head?? It looks like a mini-wreath wrapped in fabric.
Good Lard!
3. The cake.
It resembled that of my wedding cake.
Well, sorta.
4. The Dress.
I loved the dress. Very classy.
I have read online where David's Bridal will be offering a similar dress.
I give the wedding 2 thumbs up.
-Cheerio.
